This makes locating a piece of documentation a nightmare because it could be buried in any of your IT Glue accounts.
Well, not anymore. We are bringing Universal Search to GlueConnect. For those not in the know, GlueConnect is our fully secure data bridge that connects different IT Glue accounts. With this new search function, technicians will be able to find any piece of documentation they need in seconds, regardless of which MSP subsidiary hosts it.
This means technicians won’t have to switch between connected accounts to find the information they’re looking for, ultimately saving time and doing away with the frustration of not being able to find mission-critical information. All your technicians have to do is press ‘G’ to bring up GlueConnect’s Universal Search bar. In a single search, they can get every piece of information they need to service a client. It’s as simple as that.
