All issues may be reported through the green in-app support button found in the lower-right of the application. This is the most effective way to report problems or ask questions – you will even get directed to self-help articles based on your question.
For non-critical support issues, or when issues exist with in-app support, issues may be reported to our support team by email at [email protected].
Our Knowledge Base is growing each week, and includes useful how-to articles, feature requests, and best practices, etc. Many questions submitted through in-app support become knowledge base articles.
