To date, IT Glue has focused on providing a platform to document all your business information, reclaiming the hours of wasted search time each week. Partners have been able to create their own business processes and procedures.

Today, we will take this idea a step further.

We are excited to unveil the IT Glue Library. We have engaged a team of IT writers with years of experience in the industry to research, review industry standards such as ITIL, MOF and ITSM, and garner experience from MSP partners we deal with on a daily basis, in order to deliver the content you need to begin formatting standard operating procedures for your MSP.

The IT Glue Library is exclusively available in-app to all our IT Glue partners, and will be available on all our plans. You can browse the content as written, and can then copy the customizable documents into your own knowledge base in IT Glue, altering them for your own context. Your team can use these resources everyday because they are effective, relevant, convenient, and require little time to digest.
