  1. What are Users?

    Users are any person with access to your IT Glue with read & write permissions, or staff with read-only access to all organizations. This typically includes your internal staff and any trusted external collaborators, such as contractors or other IT staff.

  2. What are Organizations?

    Organizations are unique containers for your IT documentation, which provide a secure framework for limiting access. For example, you may limit an external collaborator to only have access to a single (or a select few) organizations. For most IT providers, you will manage a large number of unique sets of documentation, each of which will be contained in an Organization. For enterprise IT, you may operate only within a small number (or even a single) Organization.

  3. What third-party platforms do you integrate with?

    IT Glue is integrated with a host of PSA and RMM applications, LucidChart, Datto, WarrantyMaster and more. See our Apps & Integrations page for more details.

  4. How safe is my information with IT Glue?

    IT Glue has invested significantly in the privacy and security of your data. Visit our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages for more information. 

  5. How will my subscription be billed?

    IT Glue is a monthly subscription in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be billed monthly and based on your billing date. Any applicable taxes will also be charged in USD.

  6. How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

    You may access your account details under the Account top-level navigation item while in-app. Here you will have access the billing and plans sections. Please note that this access is limited to users with Administrator permissions.

  7. Can the one-time activation fee be waived?

    Our one-time activation fee cannot be waived. This initial fee, along with the monthly subscription fees, have been carefully designed to ensure that our service and platform continue to meet your service requirements.

  8. Is there an on-premises version of IT Glue?

    IT Glue is available strictly as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not currently offer, nor do we plan to offer, an on-premises version.
