Even over the holidays our crack dev team was hard at work, putting together goodies for you to enjoy. Here’s the rundown:

Watchman Monitoring Integration

We have set up an integration with Watchman Monitoring. This RMM sync will allow for data to flow from Watchman into IT Glue, allowing you to better document the assets that Watchman looks after. As with all RMM integrations, this will be a one-way data flow into IT Glue.

Single Asset PDF Export

With this new feature, any asset can be exported in PDF format. You’ll be able to create PDF documentation of any asset in IT Glue, manually, giving you the ability to create the physical documentation you need when offboarding clients, or just for creating back-up of specific assets.

Updates to mobile app

We also made a few updates to the IT Glue mobile app to enhance the experience, such as adding auto-authentication and navigation from the mobile app into the IT Glue web app, adding asset and asset type fields to passwords, and adding asset name to embedded passwords in the password list view.

These features are available immediately, on all plans.
