Calling all MSPs!
It’s that exciting time of year again! We’re officially kicking off IT Glue’s second annual Global MSP Benchmark Survey. This is your opportunity to learn more about the state of the industry, what your competitors are up to, and have a chance to win some fantastic prizes.
The survey covers a wide range of topics surrounding the ins and outs of running a managed service provider (MSP) business which we then formulate into a comprehensive report on the state of the industry. Last year’s survey took most respondents between 10-15 minutes to fill out, making this an incredibly small investment for what you get in return.
All MSPs who complete the survey will receive first dibs on the Survey Report. Last year’s Global MSP Benchmark Report proved to be packed with valuable business intelligence. To put it in perspective, when some of these findings were presented at our user conference last year, some of the findings raised eyebrows even among the Panel of Titans. Last year, one of the key focal points of our survey was to determine what the top-performing MSPs look like, and what the traits are in their business. This year, we’ll be building on the different concepts we explored, with an eye for identifying the way that the best MSPs in the business – the benchmark MSPs – run their business both at the strategic level and at the operational level.
In addition to this valuable business intelligence, MSPs who complete the survey will be eligible for a prize draw. The top prize this year is one of two $1000 Amazon gift cards, with one of six $500 Amazon gift cards available as well, because it’s awesome to do stuff like that.
