In-app technical support is provided for all IT Glue customers and trial accounts. Alternatively, you may contact us as follows:

Online Support

  • In-App Support

    All issues may be reported through the green in-app support button found in the lower-right of the application. This is the most effective way to report problems or ask questions – you will even get directed to self-help articles based on your question.

  • Email Support

    For non-critical support issues, or when issues exist with in-app support, issues may be reported by email to our support team.

  • Knowledge Base

    Our knowledge base is growing each week, and includes useful how-to articles, feature requests, and best practices, etc. Many questions submitted through in-app support become knowledge base articles.

  • Feature Requests

    To make feature requests, please submit them to our Idea Portal at https://itglue.ideas.aha.io/. You can also search for feature requests, and vote on ideas submitted by other users. The portal is monitored by our product management team.

Emergency Support

  • System Downtime – We monitor IT Glue very closely, but in the unexpected event of system downtime, please monitor our twitter feed (@itglue) for regular updates or contact us by phone.
