IT Glue sends message to market by enhancing new ticket visibility

Maybe you haven’t heard this yet, but managed service providers are making a lot of money right now.

Speaking with ChannelPro earlier this week, the IT Glue CEO revealed that he’s open to more deals like his alliance with Kaseya, may soon offer licenses in smaller quantities, and thinks “disruptive-style pricing” could be the key to selling more MyGlue seats.

New features include GlueFiles, and Flags, while new integrations include Office 365, and ones with vendors Cisco Meraki, Auvik and Syncro. A contest was also announced to spur automation ideas.

Five very smart, successful business executives just wrapped up a panel discussion at IT Glue’s GlueCon conference in Phoenix. Oh, and those five executives happen to be women.
