Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can now share branded documents with their clients over a secure connection
VANCOUVER – October 31, 2018 – IT Glue™, the world’s market-leading IT documentation application, announced today that clients on its flagship Enterprise plan will now have access to Custom SSL Branding when sharing documents with their clients. Several other features were also announced, including an integration of Office 365 licenses, and the addition of configurations and flexible assets to the IT Glue Mobile App.
Custom SSL Branding is one of the most requested features from IT Glue’s partner base. It allows managed service providers (MSPs) to retain control over their branding, while providing their clients with secured and easy access to their documentation.
“Custom branding is an important part of client retention for MSPs, and in today’s security climate it’s important that they can showcase their branding in a secure manner,” says Luis Giraldo, VP, Product for IT Glue, adding “We’re thrilled to offer MSPs the ability to further reinforce their brand.”
To ensure ease of use for partners, IT Glue will automatically issue, manage and renew the SSL certificate.
MSPs can take advantage of the new Custom SSL Branding feature by signing up or upgrading to IT Glue’s Enterprise plan. More information about Custom SSL Branding, the IT Glue mobile app, and the Office 365 integration, can be found on the IT Glue blog, or by contacting the company directly.
