GlueX 2021: Day 1 Recap

Welcome to GlueX 2021! This yearly extravaganza is always jam-packed with essential inspiration and insight to set you up for a killer year and it’s no different this time around. In fact, we’ve kicked it up a notch to provide you with all the growth-focused energy you need to help your business escape the fetters of 2020’s complicated landscape and soar through 2021.
An awesome “State of the Nation” address by Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola and IT Glue CTO and GM Nadir Merchant put everyone in the right frame of mind for an amazing event. These industry luminaries shared insights about the state of the MSP industry and what it means for Kaseya, including sharing some of the findings from the 2021 Global Benchmark Report. They followed that up with a look at how Kaseya uses the important intelligence gathered in that report to direct our product and update plans for the year, making sure to keep that feedback front-of-mind at every stage of the operation. Best of all, we heard a few new jokes, some of which were surprisingly funny.
An equally fun day followed this excellent start and included:
Record-breaking polar explorer and TED “Master Storyteller” Ben Saunders’ session on “Controlling the Controllables,” during which he shared compelling insights on the value of optimizing physical, emotional and psychological energy. Ben talked about leveraging that energy – both individually and collectively – in a fascinating, useful masterclass on the vital importance of focus.
A fireside chat with the experts at BitDefender on how to “Secure Your Cheat Codes” that explored ways to build a more successful and profitable business, including tips on some key focus areas and taking your customer experience to the next level.
Intimate sessions with other MSP channel all-stars, announcements of great limited-time deals and important updates about our intention to hold GlueX 2022 live and in person.
